Phenolic insulation board is a closed cell rigid foam plastic made of phenolic foam, which is mainly composed of phenol and formaldehyde.

-Excellent fire resistance:It can basically meet the national fire prevention standard B1 level, and does not melt or soften at high temperatures. It has low smoke emission, does not spread flames, and is resistant to flame penetration.

-Outstanding insulation and energy-saving effect:The thermal conductivity is about 0.023W/(m · k), which is lower than commonly used inorganic and organic exterior wall insulation products, and has good insulation performance.

-Lightweight and non absorbent:The bulk density is generally 30-80Kg/m ³, which is lightweight, non absorbent, and not afraid of rain  .

-Safety and Environmental Protection:As an environmentally friendly and green product, it does not irritate the skin during normal use and is harmless to the human body. When burned, it releases non-toxic smoke under limited conditions.

-Good dimensional stability:No matter what environment, there will be no shrinkage, deformation or other situations.
